Airspace: Alert Areas can contain a high volume of pilot training or some other type of unusual activity. There are no restrictions on flights through alert areas, but pilots should be particularly careful in and around them. On current charts are alert areas charted with blue markings or magenta markings?
Magenta markings are now used (used to be blue markings in the past)
