VFR for 200
FAR 91.105 requires each required flight crew member to have their lap belt fastened during these three phases of flight: takeoff, landing, and while enroute. During which phases of flight is the PIC required to have their shoulder harness fastened (assuming the aircraft is equipped with shoulder harnesses)?
